theJEDMAN NATION-A New Wave ManifestoDocumenting the JED Experience Sunday, December 12, 2004After ripping through the Topflight league with a league best 12-1 record including a 12 game winning streak to start the season, it appears that my team, theJEDHEADS, have pulled a Cheaps. I fear that I will lose in the first round of the playoffs. It is devastating to me. This was supposed to be my championship season, but my defeat is inevitable. For the last 7 weeks I've been getting everyone's best game. In my league is not uncommon for guys to win 60-40. In almost every game this year, I've had to score over 100 points to win. In my only defeat, my opponent had to break my single game scoring record to beat me. The players of my opponents week after week have had career days. This has happened to me in the playoffs. Some guy named T.J. scored four TD's today to help seal my fate as a first round flop. It is crushing to me. This was to be theJEDHEADS championship season. This was supposed to be the season of theJEDHEADS. theJEDMAN
