I bled. I bled on the disc golf course. I sacrificed for the sport. I was playing rosedale. It is a tough course. My orange leopard disc collided with a tree and darted into the woods. I went in after it. I scaled down this steep incline through thick brush to retrieve my disc. I got pretty cut up on the way. I bled. I bled on my disc. I injured myself for the sport. I finished the round. I played pretty well. I nailed a 30 foot put right in front of some pros. I'm awesome. I'm theJEDMAN. theJEDMAN

Last night, I went to the big Metallica/Godsmack show at the Kemper. It was loud. There was fire. It was loud. There were explosions. It was loud. There were lasers. It was loud. There were plenty of sights coveted by the superficial man. It was loud. There were bad fashion choices. I didn't gain any answers. I just had one question. Why do all the wrong women wear sexy heavy metal cloths? It was really sweaty hot in the arena, but I didn't see any tops come off. Overall, it was Kick A.
I didn't want to go to the show, but I felt I had to go. I owed it to the significance of the day and I owed it to the genre. I've spent my whole life worshipping at the heavy metal alter of San Franciscan molt and steel. Everything I am today is because of heavy metal. I owe my life to heavy metal. I don't know how I would have made it without heavy metal. I am heavy metal. I am love.
I took the Hero. I went through several plans to fill the spot, but the Hero stepped up to the plate. The Hero is awesome. theQUICK is theQUICK. theQUICK needs no explanation anywhere in the civilized world. theQUICK is in the big leagues. The Hero is the Hero.
Godsmack was ok. No need to review them. Metallica was pretty good. They played all the hits for the pop kids like me. They ended the show with entersandman as expected. They played for two hours. It was quite the endurance feat for theJEDMAN on the first day of his 38th year, but he made it and he didn't put in his ear plugs. He's a contender. He is the new champion. theJEDMAN

I played 27 holes of disc golf today in Olathe on 2 courses. I opened up the day at Prairie Center Park. There were a lot of people playing there. It is a good course. It is well marked with tee pads at every hole. There is just no distance on the markers. There are lots of trees that you have to maneuver around. There is one hole that has a minefield of trees to throw over, under around and through. There is one hole that has an island green. I played pretty well, except for 18 when I hit every tree on the fairway. My putting was good too. Drive for show, put for dough. Then, on the way home, I played at the California Trail. I was the only one playing this course. It is a nine hole course around the Jr. High. It is wide open. There is no way to lose your disc. The course is well marked, but there are no tee pads, but they give the yardage for every hole. I played well there on this windy course. I was given some new equipment. It worked out well. I've played 4 times this week. I thought my arm my give out, but it held up strong. My elastic band simulations are going well to strengthen the arm. I'm working on using the full body in the motion. I'm going to play 27 again tomorrow. I'll be ready to go pro soon. theJEDMAN

I still haven't got a date for the Metallica show in 4 days. No chicks have responded. The only thing I can figure is that no chicks read the blog. This is surprising. Don't worry I'll be ok. Other people are missing out, not me. theJEDMAN

I played disc golf three times this week. I played down at Rosedale Park. That course is awesome. It is a professional course. That's what has been holding me back, not playing on professional course. The one in Lawrence is not good. No marked tee off pads and crisscrossing of holes. Rosedale is the best.
You have to remember that I'm an athlete. I can throw that disc with power and control. I hit a lot of pars that last time. I even nailed a couple of long puts. One a curved around a tree branch into the basket. After the last time, my arm was a little tired, so I've been simulating the throwing motion with an elastic band to strenghthen the bread and butter of my sport, THE ARM. I don't know what I'll do if I can't play, but I'll be ok. You can make about $4.50 an hour on the pro tour, so I got that in my future. I'm looking good. theJEDMAN is an athlete. I'm a good spokesman for the sport. I would never do anything to hurt the sport. theJEDMAN
